RETURNS + EXCHANGES

At Kiss + Stitch we want to make sure that you love your purchase! Please see below for details on returns + exchanges.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, simply purchase the new item that you want to see in your closet (doing this will ensure that you get the item before it sells out!).  All exchanged items must be sent back to us at Kiss + Stitch and received within 14 days of your original order. Sorry Babes, but we cannot make any exceptions!

 

Returns

If you are not in love with your purchase you have 14 days from the date of your original order to send your item(s) back to us for a full refund.

 

If you have an account on our site, please log in (http://www.kissandstitch.com/my-account-2/), find the order you are wanting to return under the “Orders” tab and select the “Request a Return” button. You can then select the item(s) you are wanting to return. Please complete the process all the way through.

If you do not have an account on our site, or you checked out as a “Guest”…no problem! Please email us at customercare@kissandstitch.com so we can help you get your return started.

 

We cannot process your return unless the Return Request Form is filled out and approved by Kiss + Stitch. Also, please make sure that your item is in mint condition, unwashed, free from any alterations, stains, smells, with all original tags still attached and the original bag. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping, unless the item you received was damaged. If you received your item damaged, please contact us within three days of package arrival at customercare@kissandstitch.com and send a picture of the damaged item so we can make things right. If Kiss + Stitch receives your item after 14 days of the original order, or if the item shows any sign of damage or wear, we will return the item to you at your cost and no refund will be issued.

 

Please note that all shoe returns must include any inside packaging and the original box/bag. The original box/bag must be placed inside a protective box or bag for shipping. A shipping label can NOT be placed directly on the shoe box/bag, or Kiss + Stitch will have to mark the package return to sender and will be unable to fulfill your return (boo!).

 

All Sale items and items ending in $.00 are final and are not eligible for returns. Sorry!
